My team screen PIN is locked, or I’ve forgotten it

1. Five wrong PINs lock it for 15 minutes. Wait, then try again.
2. Ten wrong in a day lock it until a Manager gives you a new set-up code.
3. If you’ve forgotten it, ask a Manager for a new team screen set-up code. There is no reset email.
4. Tap your name, type the new code, and choose a new PIN.

If a whole screen gets 20 wrong PINs in 15 minutes, it locks itself for 15 minutes and your Managers see it on Today.

When it’s done

You’re signed in with your new PIN.

If it doesn’t work

• The screen says it is locked: wait until the time it shows, or use another team screen.
• It says the screen is no longer set up: tell a Manager. It may have been revoked.
