Switch AI features on or off

1. Open Settings, then Data & updates.
2. Under AI features, tick or untick Let people in this home use the AI features.

The features only ever see initials, never a resident’s or a team member’s name, phone number or date of birth.

When it’s done

“AI features switched on” or “switched off”. Managers see the drafting buttons only while they’re on.

If it doesn’t work

• You can’t see the switch: only the Owner can change it.
• It says nothing was changed: try again.
