Sign off a continuity plan version

1. Open Home, then Emergency & Business Continuity.
2. Under The plan, tap Sign it off.
3. Say how this version was reviewed or tested, and what you found. Pick the outcome.
4. Tap Sign it off.
5. To change the next review date or who is responsible, tap Change the review date or role.

Signing off is once per version. If the outcome is Action needed, it raises an Action too.

When it’s done

The plan shows who signed it off and when, and the sign-off is on the Audit & Spot-Check Log.

If it doesn’t work

• There’s no Sign it off: there’s no version yet, or this one is already signed. Make or upload a version first.
• Sign it off stays grey: say how it was reviewed and pick an outcome.
