Sign off the cards’ clinical steps

For Manager, Owner

  1. Open What do I do if…, then tap Review cards.
  2. Under Clinical steps for the clinical lead to sign off, read each card with Review the card.
  3. Tap Sign off the clinical steps. Tick “I’m the clinical lead, or I have the clinical lead’s agreement”.
  4. Tap Sign off the clinical steps again.

A card with steps still to confirm is left out. A step confirmed or changed later needs signing off again.

When it’s done

You see “Clinical steps signed off”.

If it doesn’t work

  • It says the clinical steps have changed since you opened the page: reload it and read them again.
  • A card isn’t included: confirm every step on it first.
