Sign off an Action

1. Actions waiting for you show on Today under Needs your sign-off.
2. Open one and read what was done and how it was checked.
3. Pick the date it comes back to be checked, then tap Sign it off.
4. You can’t sign off your own work.

When it’s done

It says Signed off, and it comes back to be checked on the date you picked.

If it doesn’t work

• There’s no Sign it off: it’s your own Action, or it hasn’t been checked yet.
• The fix doesn’t look right: ask a Manager to reopen it.
