Sign off an Action

1. Actions waiting for you show on Today under Needs your sign-off, and on Actions under Checked, needs sign-off.
2. Tap Review or Open, and read what was done and how it was checked.
3. Tap Sign it off.
4. You can’t sign off your own work unless you’re the Owner.

When it’s done

The Action shows as signed off, with your name and the date.

If it doesn’t work

• There’s no Sign it off: it’s your own work, or it hasn’t been checked yet.
• The fix doesn’t look right: reopen the Action with a reason instead.
