Choose your PIN and sign in on a team screen

1. Tap or click your name.
2. The first time, type the six-number set-up code your Manager gave you.
3. Choose a PIN of six numbers and type it again. Not a run like 123456, or one number repeated.
4. After that it’s your name, then your PIN. On a computer you can type it on the keyboard or the number pad; it goes in by itself on the sixth number.

Everything you do is recorded in your name, just as on your own phone. Never tell anyone your PIN, and don’t type it while someone is watching.

When it’s done

Your name and level are in the bar across the top, with Done on the right.

If it doesn’t work

• Your name isn’t there: ask a Manager. Owners and Managers use their own sign-in, not a team screen.
• It says the set-up code isn’t right: check it with your Manager. After five tries, or 24 hours, you need a new one.
