Record a signature made in person

1. Use this when someone reads a policy with you, or on paper, rather than signing in the app.
2. Open the policy. Still to sign lists who hasn’t signed yet.
3. Tap Sign in person beside them.
4. Tick the box to say they read this version and agreed to it, then tap Record their signature.

When it’s done

They leave Still to sign, and their signature shows you as the witness.

If it doesn’t work

• It asks you to tick the box: tick it to confirm they read it and agreed, then record it.
• You can’t sign for yourself this way: sign your own from the policy itself.
• They’re not listed: they may not be in a group that reads this policy.
