See how ready you are for inspection

For Senior, Manager, Owner

  1. Open Inspection. It shows your evidence against CQC’s 34 quality statements, by key question.
  2. Tap Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive or Well-led. Each statement says how strong its evidence is and how many things are left to do, fewest first.
  3. Open a statement to see what to do: fill in, review and approve, or add evidence.
  4. Tap Export evidence pack for everything you hold, grouped the same way. Tap Save as PDF to keep or send it.

When it’s done

The evidence pack opens with every key question and the pages feeding it, ready to save as a PDF.

If it doesn’t work

  • A statement says nothing recorded: no page or register feeds it yet. Add evidence to the page it names.
  • You want to know your rating: this can’t tell you. It reads your own records, not CQC’s judgement.
