Build the governance pack and log meetings

For Manager, Owner

  1. Open Reports and tap Build a pack on the governance pack.
  2. Choose the period, such as Last 7 days or Last 30 days. The pack fills in from what was recorded in that time.
  3. Tap Save as PDF to take it to the meeting.
  4. After the meeting, open the Governance Meeting Log, tap Log a meeting, and record what was discussed, what came of it and when the next one is.

When it’s done

The pack shows the period’s figures, and the meeting is on the log with its next date under Upcoming meetings.

If it doesn’t work

  • A section is empty: nothing was recorded for it in that period. Choose a longer period.
  • You need what’s outstanding today: that isn’t in the pack. Look on the Manager’s Briefing and Today.
