Reopen an Action, or log what was learned

1. Open the closed Action.
2. To reopen it, tap Reopen it, say why, then tap Reopen.
3. To log the learning, tap Log what was learned, say what changed, then tap Log it.

When it’s done

A reopened Action says Reopened and goes back to In hand. Logged learning says Logged and goes to the Learning & Improvement Log.

If it doesn’t work

• There’s no Reopen it: the Action is still open.
• There’s no Log what was learned: the learning was already logged when someone recorded whether it worked.
