Record what the checks read about a resident

1. Open Residents, then the resident.
2. Under What the checks read, tap Change.
3. Fill in what applies: their IDDSI food and drink levels, the last advance care planning conversation, a catheter. Leave the rest blank.
4. Tap Save.

This is what the monthly checks read. The care plan in your care records system stays the source.

When it’s done

You see “Care details saved”, and the details show under What the checks read.

If it doesn’t work

• You can’t see What the checks read: it’s for Seniors and above.
• It says someone else changed them: reopen the page and make your change again.
