Record duty of candour

For Manager, Owner

  1. Open Home, then Duty of Candour Log.
  2. Tap Log a candour decision (Add on a phone).
  3. Record what happened and the harm, whether the duty applies and why, who was told and when, the apology given and the support offered.
  4. Tap Save.

When it’s done

You see “Row added”, and the decision is on the Duty of Candour Log.

If it doesn’t work

  • You can’t see the Duty of Candour Log: it’s for Managers and the Owner.
  • Save stays grey: a field with a star still needs answering.
