Read the handover board

1. Your notes, This shift and Upcoming sit side by side. A note from someone else since you last looked has a New badge.
2. Tap Hide to fold the board into one line. Tap Show to open it again.
3. Folded, the line reads like Handover · 3 for this shift · 1 new since you looked · 2 coming up.
4. The board opens by itself when someone else adds a note since you last looked, or a note that isn’t done is due within the hour. Your own notes never open it.
5. All notes takes you to the Notes page.

Open or folded, the board remembers your choice on every device you use.

When it’s done

Open, you see every note for this shift and what’s coming up. Folded, the one line tells you if anything is new.

If it doesn’t work

• You folded it and it opened again: something new arrived, or a note is due within the hour.
• A Senior can’t see the board at the top: it’s inside This shift. Tap Show on the line at the top of Today to jump to it.
