Read CQC registration, templates and the introduction

1. Tap Look it up in the menu. On a phone it’s under Menu.
2. CQC registration has the home at a glance: its registered activities, key documents and the five key questions.
3. Templates lists the forms the home uses and where each one lives.
4. Introduction has the registration details, the type of service and the local authority.

When it’s done

The page opens to read. Details from Settings are marked as your detail.

If it doesn’t work

• A detail is missing or wrong: it comes from Settings. Tell your manager.
• Look it up isn’t in your menu: with Reader access you see the home’s policies only.
