- Open Inspection. On a phone it’s under Menu.
- Tap About the home: the home at a glance, what CQC registers it to do, its key documents and the five key questions.
- The forms the home uses are under Home info, then Templates.
When it’s done
The page opens to read. Details from Settings are marked as your detail.
If it doesn’t work
- A detail is missing or wrong: it comes from Settings. Tell your manager.
- Inspection isn’t in your menu: it’s for a Senior, a Manager or the Owner.
