Print the continuity plan and the grab-bag sheet

1. Open Emergency & Business Continuity. Staff: tap Search everything and type Continuity.
2. Under The plan, tap Written in the app.
3. Tap Print the plan for the whole plan, or Grab-bag sheet for the sheet that goes in the grab bag.
4. Use your browser’s print, or save it as a PDF.

Managers can also print the working draft with Print the draft. Only the version in force is for everyone.

When it’s done

The printout shows the home, the version and the date printed along the foot of every page.

If it doesn’t work

• It says there isn’t a plan in force yet: a Manager needs to make a version and sign it off first.
• It says the plan is a file: open it from Emergency & Business Continuity and print it from there.
