Mark part of a page as not applying here

1. Open the page and scroll to the foot. Tap Something on this page you don’t do?
2. Tap Doesn’t apply beside the section.
3. Say why, for example that no resident here is enterally fed. Tap Save.
4. If it applies again, open the same list and tap Put it back.

When it’s done

The section is replaced on the page by your reason, and the link at the foot counts the sections marked not applicable.

If it doesn’t work

• There’s nothing at the foot of the page: it has no sections that can be marked.
• You’re tempted to use it for a gap: don’t. An inspector reads your reason, so it has to be true.
