Log restrictive practice or a capacity decision

For Staff, Senior, Manager, Owner

  1. Seniors and managers: open Home, then the register. Staff: tap Search everything and type its name.
  2. For a restriction, such as bed rails or a sensor, open Restrictive Practice Log and tap Log a restriction (Add on a phone).
  3. For a decision made under the Mental Capacity Act, open MCA Governance Register and tap Log a decision (Add on a phone).
  4. Fill it in with initials only, then tap Save.

When it’s done

You see “Row added”, and the row is on the register.

If it doesn’t work

  • Save stays grey: a field with a star still needs filling in.
  • Some boxes are missing for you: a few notes on these registers are for Seniors and above.
