Let one person approve their own work

For Owner

  1. Open Settings, then Team & access.
  2. Under What Staff see, switch on Let one person approve their own work.

For small homes with nobody else to do it. With it on, you and any Manager can approve your own work, and every record approved this way is marked self-approved, in packs and the export. Seniors never approve their own.

When it’s done

“Self-approval switched on”. The line under the switch says who changed it and when.

If it doesn’t work

  • The switch is greyed out with “Only the Owner changes this.”: ask the Owner.
  • It says nothing was changed: try again.
