Invite someone

1. Open Settings, then Team & access.
2. Under Invite a team member, pick their access level. Staff suits most care staff. A Manager can invite at Staff, Senior or Reader; only the Owner can invite a Manager.
3. Add their name, email and job title if you like. With an email, the invite goes to them.
4. Tap Generate invite link. Copy it and send it yourself if you didn’t add an email.

An invite lasts 7 days.

When it’s done

They’re listed under Pending invites until they accept.

If it doesn’t work

• They didn’t get the email: check the address. Revoke the invite and send a new one, or copy the link and send it yourself.
• They say the link has run out: an invite lasts 7 days. Send a new one.
• Manager isn’t offered as a level: only the Owner invites a Manager. Ask the Owner to send it.
