Find and read a risk assessment

1. Open Risk assessments from the menu. On a phone it’s under Menu.
2. The formal assessments come first: fire, legionella, asbestos and the ones filled in on the app. Each says whether it’s recorded and when it’s next due.
3. Tap Open beside the Risk Register to see the standing risks, each rated before and after its controls.
4. Tap a risk’s name to read the whole of it: the hazards, the controls, who owns it and when it’s reviewed.

When it’s done

The risk opens with its hazards, its controls, its two ratings and its owner.

If it doesn’t work

• A formal assessment says Not recorded: nobody has added the report yet. Ask your manager.
• You’re looking for a resident’s falls or skin assessment: those aren’t here. Look in their care plan.
