Find a resident and their details

1. Open Home, then Residents.
2. The chips along the top narrow the list: Checklist open, Details missing, and for managers Funding not set up.
3. Tap a resident’s name. Their panel shows what’s still needed and every register they appear on.
4. Residents who have left are at the foot of the list. Tap Residents who have left to see them.

When it’s done

The resident’s panel is open, with Still needed and Where they appear.

If it doesn’t work

• You can’t see Residents: it’s for Seniors, Managers and the Owner. Ask the person in charge.
• Someone isn’t on the list: they may have left. Open Residents who have left at the foot of the list.
