Fill in a card’s steps and phone numbers

For Manager, Owner

  1. Open What do I do if…. A card that needs you says how many steps are still to confirm.
  2. Open the card. Each step to confirm has a box: put it in your own words, as staff should read it, then tap Confirm this step.
  3. Under Who to call, tap Add the number beside anyone without one. Put in the number and tap Save to Key Contacts.

When it’s done

You see “Step confirmed”, and the card no longer counts that step as still to confirm.

If it doesn’t work

  • Confirm this step stays grey: write the step in the box first.
  • A number is wrong on every card: change it on Key Contacts. The cards read from there.
