Do a dependency assessment

1. Open Home, then Dependency Assessments.
2. Tap Score a resident, or Score or Re-score beside the resident.
3. Pick the resident, the date and who assessed them. For each area, tap the line that fits them best.
4. Add a note if it helps, then tap Save assessment.

Due a re-score at the top lists who needs scoring again.

When it’s done

You see “Dependency assessment saved”, and the resident moves to Up to date.

If it doesn’t work

• A resident isn’t in the list: tap Someone not on the list and use their initials.
• You scored the wrong person: open them, tap Remove the latest assessment, then tap it again to confirm.
