Confirm the month’s KPIs
For Manager, Owner
- Open Monthly KPIs. It opens on last month, counted from your registers.
- Tap Change under Typed each month and put in the figures no register holds: UTIs, weight loss, wounds, call-bell response and escalations. Tap Save.
- Read the counted figures. If one looks wrong, correct the register it comes from: the figure follows.
- Tap Confirm and the month’s name. The figures are kept as they are now.
When it’s done
The month reads Confirmed with the date and your name.
If it doesn’t work
- A figure changed after you confirmed: it shows under Changed since confirmed. Tap Confirm again with today’s figures if the new number is right.
- There’s no Confirm button: the month hasn’t ended yet.
- Hospital admissions logged as incidents are listed: record the hospital absence on the resident’s page so it counts.
