Choose what Staff see of residents

For Owner

  1. Open Settings, then Team & access.
  2. Under What Staff see, answer Staff also see date of birth, room and notes? with Yes or No.

Everyone in the home sees residents’ names. No: Staff see names only. Yes: name, date of birth, room and notes. Never fees or funding. A team screen shows Staff the same.

When it’s done

“Saved. Staff see this from their next page.” The line under it says who changed it and when.

If it doesn’t work

  • The choices are greyed out with “Only the Owner changes this.”: ask the Owner.
  • It says nothing was changed: try again.
