Answer a DoLS screening for a Manager

For Senior

  1. Open Home, then DoLS Tracker.
  2. Beside the resident, tap Complete the screening tool, or Re-screen.
  3. Answer every question up to the decision. Section 7, the decision itself, is for an Owner or Manager.
  4. Tap Save – ready for a Manager.

Changed your mind? The same button reads Edit your answers.

When it’s done

You see “Saved. Ready for a Manager.”, and a Manager sees Decide from your answers on that row.

If it doesn’t work

  • It says one or more lines are still to answer: the message names them. Answer those, then save again.
  • It says someone else changed these answers: reload to see theirs before you add to them.
  • There’s no button on the row: that resident isn’t waiting for a decision.
