Look at a pattern and mark it seen

1. The app spots patterns across the registers, such as falls rising for one resident. They show as Worth a look on Today and on Patterns & Insights.
2. Open Reports, then See patterns, to read each one and its facts.
3. Tap Acknowledge. Say what you’re doing about it, or why it’s fine.
4. Tap Acknowledge with this note.

When it’s done

It says Acknowledged and moves to Acknowledged with your name and the date. It stays there while the pattern holds.

If it doesn’t work

• It won’t save: write what you’re doing about it first. The note is needed.
• There’s no Acknowledge: only the Owner and Managers can mark a pattern seen.
